Olive and Feta Pasta

Ingredients 

 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat spaghetti
 2 tablespoon olive oil
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 9 ounces crimini mushrooms, sliced
 3 small zucchini, sliced
salt , pepper and oregano to taste
 15 black olives, pitted and sliced
 1 ounce crumbled feta cheese

Directions

1-Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2-Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the garlic 3 minutes. Add in mushrooms and zucchini. Stir in olives, and cook until heated through. Place pasta in the skillet, toss to coat, and continue cooking about 5 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper

3- Top with feta cheese to serve.
